History of Buhck Group
1899
The Company was founded by Richard Buhck in Hamburg-Bergedorf.

1956
Carsten Buhck became Managing Director of the company.

1967
The skip-service was implemented. Buhck was one of the first suppliers of this service in northern Germany.

1980
Landfill and civic amenity site "Wiershop" commenced operations.

1997
Drain-service became another promising business field.

1999
Buhck Group became 100 years old and started business in Poznan (Poland).
The Buhck Foundation (Buhck-Stiftung) was founded by Carsten Buhck.

2000
Thomas and Dr. Henner Buhck took over the complete management of the Buhck Group from their father, Carsten Buhck.

2005
Buhck Group initiated a range of services for smaller and medium sized manufacturers of electrical appliances to comply with the “ElektroG”.
take-e-way became market leader in this area.

2006
Subsidiary Bestsort Hamburg GmbH commenced operations as well as RDF-production with Altera Lägerdorf.

2010
Buhck took over BAR, including all employees, vehicles and containers from the VEOLIA company. In this way, both the customers and the capacity of Buhck's container services were increased in the area around Hamburg.
